Miss Universe 2011: Miss Colombia Catalina Robayo without wearing underwear

89 beautiful candidates from around the world will compete to become Miss Universe 2011 to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The 21-year-old Beauty Queen, Miss Colombia Catalina Robayo appeared during an official Miss Universe appearance wearing an orange dress without wearing underwear.


Fox News reported that Miss Colombia "had to be spoken to and told she needed to wear underpants as what she was doing was totally inappropriate."

Paula Shugart who is the President of the Miss Universe Organization said that she was unhappy upon hearing the news from her team and told Fox News that she was saddened to see the photo of Catalina Roabyo on newspaper articles.
