Its her 6th time to be on the cover of the best-selling fashion magazine.
Anne Curtis made a lot of buzz as she wore a black cutout gown designed by Rajo Laurel during the Philippine Fashion Ball held just last month at the Rigodon Ballroom, Manila Peninsula.
