Aaron Carter claims late sister raped him, calls brother Nick ‘serial rapist’ after getting restraining order
Aaron Carter has launched a Twitter tirade against his siblings after his older brother Nick Carter and twin sister Angel Carter filed a restraining order against him on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
Nick, 39, tweeted on Tuesday that he and Angel “were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron.”
“In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family,” the Backstreet Boys member explained.
According to a TMZ report, the restraining order was filed on Monday, Sept. 17, in Las Vegas. It was claimed that Aaron and Angel were talking on FaceTime on Aug. 7 when he told his sister that he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Aaron reportedly told Angel that he had thoughts of “killing babies” and “killing Lauren Kitt,” who is Nick’s pregnant wife.
Aaron’s ex-girlfriend Lina was in the conversation and told Angel, “How do you think I feel with him sleeping with a sword next to him?” Aaron allegedly told her to shut up and “you are next on my list.” A day after the FaceTime conversation, police conducted a welfare check on Aaron after Angel called them.
Rape, abuse allegations against siblings
“Take care. @nickcarter we’re done for life,” Aaron, 31, tweeted on Wednesday, after announcing that he had been served with the restraining order. “I haven’t seen him in four years. And I don’t intend [to].”
The “I Want Candy” pop singer denied making any threats, claiming that his siblings were trying to commit him involuntarily to a mental institution under the California law code 5150.
He claimed the restraining order comes after he and Nick’s ex, Melissa Schuman, did a live stream about her rape allegations against Nick. Schuman accused Nick of raping her in 2017 as the #MeToo movement gained steam.
“I know you’re mad I spoke to @MelissaSchuman so to retaliate you call the police to take away my legal guns and you file a restraining order #pathetic #Coverup,” said Aaron.
In a series of tweets, he claimed that his brother had abused him after Nick allegedly broke his nose multiple times. He cited another instance when his brother allegedly pied him in the face during an acceptance speech.
He also said that he witnessed Nick abusing his ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton and that he silenced women whom he allegedly sexually abused by paying them or through “fear and extortion.”
“I’m standing by all these victims. Please. @Aphrodite_Jones the victims all want to talk now Maybe do a r Kelly type documentary,” Aaron appealed.
He continued to rant about his brother’s alleged sexual misconduct and abuse yesterday, Sept. 19, calling him a “serial rapist.” He also compared him to Jeffrey Epstein, the late sex offender who ran an underage sex trafficking ring.
On the same day, he claimed that his late sister Leslie had bipolar disorder and raped him when she was not on her medications from the time that he was 10 to 13 years old. Leslie passed away in 2012 at age 25 due to a drug overdose.
He denied that he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia and said he had been seeking therapy for 15 years.
He lashed out too at his twin sister Angel for “shoplifting Xanax” and told her to get rid of her prescription while she had a baby. He accused his ex-girlfriend Lina of “conspiring” with his siblings to put him in a mental institution and claimed that she drank alcohol daily.
Aaron and Nick have been feuding for years and have struggled with substance abuse. Both have faced arrests for driving under the influence and additionally Aaron has been arrested for possession of drugs. /ra

Neymar ‘relieved’ after rape case dismissed
Brazilian football star Neymar said he was “relieved” on Friday after a judge in Sao Paulo dismissed the rape case against the Paris Saint Germain forward citing insufficient evidence.
“I’ll be sincere and I’m not going to say I’m happy, but yes, relieved,” said Neymar in an Instagram post.
The decision — the final episode in the rape case hanging over the superstar since June — comes on the recommendation of prosecutors just over a month after police dropped the case citing lack of evidence.
Neymar vehemently denied allegations he raped a Brazilian woman in a Paris hotel in May.
Judge Ana Paula Vieira de Moraes “accepted prosecutors recommendations and demanded the case be dismissed,” a court spokesman told AFP.
Neymar said he would “never forget” this incident due to the “PAIN it caused me, my family and the people who really know me.”
He added: “This scar will remain to remind me at what point people are capable of doing good things, but also of doing BAD things.”
Prosecutor Flavia Merlini had argued that the plaintiff Najila Trindade, a Brazilian model, had provided no conclusive evidence of rape against the PSG player.
“What happened between four walls is impossible to know, we have her word against his,” Merlini told reporters. “We have decided to ask for the closure of the case.”
However, Merlini said dismissal was not equivalent to acquittal for Neymar, 27, the world’s most expensive footballer.
The case could be reopened at any time should new evidence emerge, she said.
Trinidade filed a rape complaint with Sao Paulo police on her return from a trip to Paris in May in which she said she was raped by Neymar following a pre-arranged meeting. The player insisted that relations were consensual.
Scandal snowballed quickly
The ugly affair has dominated headlines and conversations in football-mad Brazil for weeks and even threatened to derail the country’s Copa America preparations.
The scandal blew up on June 2 when Neymar published a seven-minute video on Instagram, where he had first been in contact with Trindade, revealing that he had been accused of rape.
In an attempt to defend himself against the allegations, Neymar’s video was accompanied by WhatsApp messages and images of his encounter with Trindade — without her consent, possibly breaking Brazilian law.
The drama quickly snowballed. Extracts of a televised interview with Trindade, in which she accused Neymar of “aggression together with rape,” aired just one hour before he was about to play for Brazil in a pre-Copa friendly against Qatar.
Some critics had suggested the allegations would compromise his bid to help Brazil win the Copa on home soil.
But he injured his ankle against Qatar and was ruled out of the tournament, which Brazil went on to win.
In the following weeks, Neymar was questioned by police over the WhatsApp messages.
He also appeared before police in Sao Paulo, where Trindade had filed her complaint at the end of May.
As the case dragged on, police filed a defamation suit against Trindade — who was dropped by multiple lawyers — after she insinuated the force was corrupt.
Despite the seriousness of the allegations, polls have shown that most Brazilians believe Neymar is innocent.
But he is now embroiled in another off-field drama, amidst credible rumors, he’s trying to force a move away from PSG and back to his previous club, Barcelona.

Clinton daughter calls Duterte ‘murderous thug,’ slams rape joke
Chelsea Clinton, a former broadcaster and daughter of Hillary and Bill Clinton, called President Rodrigo Duterte a “murderous thug without regard for human rights” after criticizing the Filipino Chief Executive for joking about soldiers committing rapes in Mindanao while the region is under martial law.
“Duterte is a murderous thug with no regard for human rights. It’s important to keep pointing that out (and) that rape is never a joke,” Chelsea said, reacting to a news report on Duterte’s statement, over her Twitter account on Saturday (Manila time).
Chelsea is the only child of former US President Bill Clinton and former US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, the democratic presidential candidate who lost to businessman-turned-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
In an earlier tweet, Chelsea retweeted the news report about Duterte’s joke and captioned it with: “Not funny. Ever.”
Speaking before soldiers in Iligan City on Friday, Duterte assured the troops that he will be responsible for the consequences and ramifications of martial law, even if it includes rape by bad military forces.
“Trabaho lang kayo. Ako na bahala. Ako na magpakulong sa inyo. Kapag naka-rape ka ng tatlo, aminin ko na akin ‘yun. ‘Pag nag-asawa ka ng pang-apat, bugbugin ka I will go to jail for you. (Just work. I will support you. I will go to jail for you. If you happen to have raped three women, I will own up to it. If you marry four, son of a bitch, you will get beaten)” Duterte said.
The former Davao mayor declared martial rule in the whole of Mindanao after an intense firefight between government forces and members of the terror Maute group in Marawi City.
What triggered the clash was the government forces’ attempt to capture Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon, who was said to be the leader of Islamic State in the Philippines. IDL

Armed man barricaded in Burger King, 2 hostages released
BALTIMORE —Police said two people have been released, but a 7-year-old boy and others remain hostages after a barricade situation in southwest Baltimore.
Police said officers spotted a rape suspect around 11 a.m. Sunday, and that person fled in a vehicle and collided with another vehicle at Washington Boulevard and Monroe Street. The person in the other vehicle sustained minor injuries, police said.
Police said the suspect, armed with a gun, ran into a Burger King restaurant in the 1700 block of Washington Boulevard. Police said there are people inside the restaurant.
During a news conference Sunday afternoon, Baltimore police spokesman T.J. Smith said they believe four people inside the restaurant, including a 7-year-old boy, are being held against their will. Police did not provide any more details about the people inside the restaurant.
Around 3:50 p.m., Smith said two of the hostages have been released, but that the 7-year-old boy is not among them. Smith said police hope to “end the situation peacefully for all parties involved.”
SWAT officers and negotiators are at the scene. Police have also cordoned off the area for safety purposes, Smith said.
"The biggest thing is we want to end this peacefully and we want to end it soon," Smith said.
Smith said they are not yet identifying the suspect, but that he was wanted for a rape in the last 24-48 hours. Police did not provide any more details on the rape.
WBAL-TV 11 News has crews at the scene and will update the story as more details come in.
