"Something Borrowed" actor Kate Hudson announces her pregnancy in a fun and energy-filled video on her Instagram account on Saturday,

In the video she's seen jumping in excitement with her whole family as they popped big giant black balloons that exploded with mini pink balloons, which revealed that she and her musician boyfriend Danny Fujikawa are expecting a baby girl.


In the caption she explained that this was the reason for her absence on her social media accounts.

"SURPRISE!!!  If you’ve wondered why I’ve been so absent on my social channels it’s because I have never been more sick! It was the most sick first trimester of all my children. Boomerangs have made me nauseous, Superzoom is an easy way to have my head in the toilet, food instagrams make me queezy and thinking too much about insta stories made me even more exhausted than I already had been," Kate wrote on her Instagram account.

She said it has become challenging and exhausting to hide her pregnancy since she'a already "poppin'."

"If you’ve seen me out and about smiling and pretending like everything is amazing...I was lying! BUT! I have broken through on the other end of that and rediscovering the joys of insta/snap. We have been trying to keep this pregnancy under the radar for as long as possible but I’m a poppin now! And it’s too darn challenging to hide, and frankly hiding is more exhausting then just coming out with it! My kids, Danny, myself and the entire family are crazy excited! A little girl on the way," she continued.

Kate has two other children, Ryder Russell Robinson, 14, her son with Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, and Bingham Hawn Bellamy, 6, her son with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

Jennifer Aniston is People’s Most Beautiful Woman

NEW YORK  — She’ll be there for you. People Magazine has named Jennifer Aniston its “World’s Most Beautiful Woman” of 2016.

The 47-year-old actress graces the cover of People’s 27th annual “World’s Most Beautiful” double issue.

“I thought, ‘Oh my God,'” Aniston tells People in this week’s cover story upon hearing the news. “There was this sort of very excited, teenage-y kind of moment.”

The actress, who gained fame as Rachel on “Friends,” also tells the magazine that she’s learned to embrace her appearance over the years, and feels her best when she’s healthy and strong. She says she became motivated to take care of herself early in her career, when her agent told her she didn’t get a part because she was too chubby.

“It’s funny, it’s a really quick transition from, not a care, and now all of a sudden, we’ve got to really be mindful of what we put inside our bodies,” she says. “And how we sleep and take care of ourselves. You can get away with a lot in your 20s.”

Asked what she has learned to accept over the years about her appearance, the actress replies laughingly: “Well, I’ve never loved my butt. It’s sort of a thing. I used to have a bubble butt and was teased. Now people are paying money to get things injected.”

Nicole Kidman returns to London in tale of overlooked DNA scientist

Nicole Kidman, whose last appearance on stage in London was described by one reviewer as "pure theatrical Viagra", has captivated audiences again with her performance as the sidelined scientist who helped unlock the secret of DNA.

The Oscar-winning actor's portrait of Rosalind Franklin, who battles sexism in male-dominated 1950s Britain in Anna Ziegler's play "Photograph 51", opened to glowing reviews on Monday.

Kidman's return to the London stage had been eagerly awaited following her debut here 17 years ago in David Hare's "The Blue Room", a play about a chain of sexual encounters.

This time she is a very different character: the super-smart but prickly Rosalind Franklin, a chemist whose work in X-ray crystallography was crucial to understanding the molecular structure of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA).

Her role in the landmark discovery of its double-helix structure never received the same recognition as Francis Crick, James Watson and Maurice Wilkins.

Franklin, whose X-ray image known as photograph 51 was pivotal to the breakthrough, died of ovarian cancer in 1958 at the age of 37. Ziegler's play helps move her from the margins of science history to center stage.

But it also confronts her demons, including an unwillingness to collaborate and a reluctance to entertain scientific theories, which meant she missed the significance of her own work. Her photograph provided the vital clue, but the theoreticians Crick and Watson had the imagination to solve the puzzle by building a hypothetical model of DNA.

Franklin comes across as a satisfyingly complex character, simultaneously a cold and unyielding colleague but also someone with real passion for her work who toils into the night in a basement laboratory at a bombed-out King's College London.

Kidman, 48, said she was apprehensive about returning to the stage, but the play resonated for her personally. Her father, Antony Kidman, was a biochemist who died almost exactly a year ago.

"That's very much a part of my desire to pay tribute to scientists of the world with this play," she said. "My memory as a child is science labs."

The play has been staged before in the United States, including in an off Broadway production in New York in 2010, but it is now being thrust into the limelight in the production directed by Michael Grandage, former artistic director of London's acclaimed Donmar Warehouse. -- Reuters

Katharine McPhee Is Seen With Husband Following Cheating Scandal

Five months after a photo of Katharine McPhee kissing "Smash" director Michael Morris made its way out online, the "American Idol" alum is seen with her husband Nick Cokas. McPhee and Cokas were pictured walking their dogs on Monday, March 10.

In a photo obtained by TMZ, the couple can be seen sporting casual outfits. Cokas wore a blue top, jeans and sneakers while the 29-year-old singer/actress opted for short denim pants and a matching top. Her hair was tied and she wore sunglasses.

Sources close to McPhee said that she was trying to rekindle relationship with her husband following the cheating scandal. The pair are said living separately, but they reportedly are getting closer. McPhee allegedly bought a Rolex for her husband as a present.

McPhee and Morris were caught kissing back in October. At that time, he was married to actress Mary McCormack. They have three children together.

McPhee was most recently seen attending The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation Art Auction Benefit at the Wilding Cran Gallery on Thursday, February 27 in Hollywood. Wearing a gray dress, she took the stage to say some words and perform a song for the audience. Colin Farrell, who admitted to being close to Taylor before her death, was also present at the event.

Rosanna Roces reacts to court’s decision on breach of contract case filed by GMA-7

Nagpahayag ng kanyang saloobin ang aktres na si Rosanna Roces tungkol sa naging desisyon ng korte sa kasong breach of contract na isinampa ng GMA Network laban sa kanya.

Napatunayan ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court na guilty ang aktres sa paglabag sa kontrata nito bilang StarTalk host noong 2004.



Walong taon na ang nakalilipas nang maisampa ang kasong ito ng dating home network ni Rosanna.

Ayon sa isa sa post ni Rosanna sa kanyang Facebook account noong September 15, idiniin niya na wala na siyang update tungkol sa kaso simula nang mamatay ang kanyang abugado.

“UNA wala akong natatanggap na anumang sulat kung me hearing o wala pangalawa.. namatay ang abugado kong si ATTY DAVE PUYAT at magmula nuon kung anuman ang nangyari sa kaso ay clueless ako,” sabi ng aktres.

Ayon sa desisyon ni Presiding Judge Alfonso C. Ruiz III ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court, hindi sapat ang pagpapaalam noon ni Rosanna sa StarTalk na nais na niyang mag-retire sa showbiz upang mapawalang-bisa ang kanyang kontrata.

Matatandaang nagpaalam si Rosanna bilang host ng StarTalk noong 2004. Ilang buwan ang nakalipas ay lumabas siya sa weekly showbiz talk show ng ABS-CBN na The Buzz at sa S-Files ng GMA-7

Katuwiran naman ni Rosanna, tinanggap ng GMA-7 ang kanyang resignation kaya “malinaw na pinalalaya na nila ako.”

Dagdag pa niya, “Kung ako nakakontrata pa sa kanila mula noon, e, di dapat may natatanggap akong suweldo para masabi nila na ako ay under their company's contract.”

Umaabot ng halos P2 million ang hinihinging danyos ng GMA-7 mula kay Rosanna. Kabilang dito ang liquidated damages, exemplary damages, at attorney’s fee.

Tugon naman ni Rosanna tungkol dito, “Since alam naman ng lahat ang nangyari sa buhay ko na di ko naman itinatanggi... wala akong pagkukunan ng ganyang halaga.

“At kung meron man.... di nila ito makukuha sa akin sa hirap ng buhay at sa daming isyu ng pagnanakaw sa gobyerno na katumbas ng pagnanakaw sa ating lahat na nagpapakahirap para maitaguyod lang ating pamilya sa tamang pamamaraan.”

ON BONG REVILLA. Nang lumabas sa balita ang desisyon sa kasong breach of contract na isinampa ng GMA-7 laban kay Rosanna, nag-post ang aktres ng ilang mensahe sa kanyang Facebook account.

Kabilang dito ang ilang patutsada kay Senator Bong Revilla, na lolo ng kanyang apong si Gab.

Ang mga magulang ni Gab ay ang anak ni Bong na si Jolo Revilla at ang panganay na anak ni Rosanna na si Grace Adriano.


Sa kanyang status, may parinig si Rosanna kay Senator Bong na: “ah baka pde mo naman ako pautangin 1.5m lang ibabayad ko daw ke GMA ayyyyy anu ba yun ! sa GMA7 pala...eh tutal dun ka naman nag wo work.pde ba ibawas na lang sa tf mo? di kaya naman pagta trabahuhan ko na lang.. pde mo ko gawing yaya ng apo ko.”

Angelina Jolie highest earning U.S. actress - Forbes

NEW YORK - Angelina Jolie, who will next be seen on the big screen in the film "Maleficent," is Hollywood's highest paid actress with estimated earnings of $33 million in the last year, according to Forbes.

She easily surpassed this year's Best Actress Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence, who came in second with $26 million, and pushed Kristen Stewart of the "Twilight" series, who topped the list last year, into third place with earnings of $22 million.

"Hollywood hasn't shied away from Jolie. She's still one of the few actresses who can demand a paycheck north of $15 million for the right movie - like Disney's retelling of the old Sleeping Beauty story, Maleficent," reporter Dorothy Pomerantz, wrote on Forbes.com.

Jolie, 38, made headlines earlier this year when she revealed she had a double mastectomy after learning she had inherited a high risk of breast cancer. "Maleficent" will be released next summer.

The celebrity mother, who has three biological and three adopted children with her fiance, actor Brad Pitt, rose from third place on 2012's list.

Jennifer Aniston, whose newest movie "We're the Millers" will be released in U.S. theaters next week, captured fourth place with earnings of $20 million and Emma Stone, who appeared in "The Amazing Spider-Man" with real-life boyfriend Andrew Garfield was No. 5 with $16 million.

Forbes talked to agents, managers and other people with knowledge of the film industry to compile the ranking based on estimated earnings from June 2012 to June 2013.

Sandra Bullock, who was third in last year's list, dropped to No. 7 with estimated earnings of $14 million and Julia Roberts slipped from sixth to 10th place this year, taking home $11 million.

Oscar-winner Bullock wowed audiences with the female buddy comedy "The Heat." Her 2009 film "The Blind Side," who which she won a best actress Academy Award, earned $309 million on a budget of $30 million, according to Forbes.

Catherine Zeta-Jones seeks help again for bipolar disorder

LOS ANGELES - Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has sought help again for bipolar disorder, in what her publicist called a "pro-active" move to take care of her health.

It's the second-known trip to a healthcare facility for the British actress since 2011, when news first broke that she suffers from bipolar II disorder - a milder form of the illness that is marked by sharp mood swings and erratic behavior.

"Catherine has pro-actively checked into a healthcare facility," publicist Cece Yorke said on Monday. "Previously Catherine has said that she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner."

Zeta-Jones, 43, who won an Oscar for her role in the 2002 musical "Chicago," underwent treatment in 2011 for what aides said was the stress of coping with the advanced throat cancer diagnosis and treatment of her husband, actor Michael Douglas.

No specific reason was given this time for her decision to seek help.

Bipolar II is a milder form of the disorder and is marked by less manic "up" moods but more depressive episodes, according to medical experts. It can be treated with medication or therapy.

Actress Ashley Judd opts not to enter Kentucky Senate race

WASHINGTON - Actress Ashley Judd's next role will not be as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate in Kentucky.

Judd said on Wednesday she has decided not to run in 2014 to try to unseat Republican Mitch McConnell, the Senate minority leader, after considering such a candidacy for months.

"After serious and thorough contemplation, I realize that my responsibilities & energy at this time need to be focused on my family," she wrote on Twitter.


Judd and her husband, three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti, announced in January that they had decided to end their 11-year marriage.

Judd, 44, considers Kentucky her home state but actually lives in neighboring Tennessee. She would have had to move to Kentucky in order to qualify as a candidate.

McConnell's re-election team in Kentucky already produced a campaign video criticizing Judd that made light of the fact that she did not live in Kentucky.

"And it just clicked, Tennessee is home," Judd is quoted as saying in a speech in the video.

Judd has starred in a number of movies including "Double Jeopardy" and "Kiss the Girls." Her mother, Naomi Judd, and sister, Wynonna, made up the country singing duo, The Judds.

Democratic strategist Hilary Rosen told CNN that her political consulting firm had represented Judd in her deliberations and that it had became clear over the past 10 days that she would not run.

"The timing just wasn't right," Rosen said. "She has a lot of other things going on."

Nashville television station WSMV said Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes has expressed interest in running for the Democratic nomination to challenge McConnell, 71. - Reuters

Kinumpirma ng Kapuso actress na si Bubbles Paraiso na boyfriend na niya ang businessman na si Atticus King.

“Oo. Bago lang," sagot ni Bubbles nang tanungin siya ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at Startalk TX kung may relasyon na sila ni Atticus.

Ang panayam ay naganap noong February 28 sa launch ng bagong produkto ng Nivea Sun sa Sheridan Beach Resort and Spa, Sabang Beach, Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Kaya naman hindi umano alam ni Bubbles kung bakit galit sa kanya si Maxene.

“I thought we were friends," sabi niya.

“Hindi ko alam kung anong galit niya sa akin. Si Neil na mismo ang nagsasabi, 'I don't know.'"

Sa parte ni Bubbles, sinubukan naman daw niyang maayos ang relasyon nila ni Maxene.

Aniya, “I fixed it for a long time since she was Neil's girlfriend.

“Pero after they broke up and I found out all the things... basta kung anu-ano ang mga nangyari, ang hirap, e... so, no na lang.

“I have a lot of friends who love me, so doon na lang ako sa kanila."

Base naman sa mga sagot ni Bubbles, tila hininto na niya ang paggawa ng paraan para maayos ito.

Amanda Bynes charged with driving on suspended license

LOS ANGELES-- Former child star Amanda Bynes was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license on Friday, after the actress was stopped and cited by police last week in Burbank city, police officials said.

According to documents obtained by celebrity website TMZ.com, Bynes was cited twice by the same airport authority police official on September 16 - the second incident an hour and a half after the first - for driving on a suspended license near Burbank's Bob Hope Airport.

Bynes' black BMW was impounded and she is scheduled to appear at Burbank Superior Court by October 16 to address the charges, according to senior assistant city attorney Denny Wei at Burbank City Attorney's office.

Bynes, 26, who had her own TV comedy sketch show on Nickelodeon at the age of 13, is also set to appear in court next week to address two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges, stemming from two separate incidents in April and August.

She was also charged earlier this year with driving under the influence when she hit a police car in April and will attend a pretrial hearing on October 29.

The actress has been involved in a string of minor car accidents and violations in and around Los Angeles in the last six months, and incidents of bizarre behavior.

Paparazzi who have been trailing her every move for weeks reported that she locked herself in the dressing room of a Hollywood clothing store for two hours last week, according to TMZ.com.

Bynes, whose last film was "Easy A" in 2010, has strenuously denied drinking and driving. "I am doing amazing," Bynes told People magazine earlier this week, adding "I don't drink and drive. It is all false."

She also told People that she had retired from acting and was moving to New York to launch a fashion line.

Bynes' representatives did not return calls for comment on Friday.

The actress joins a list of young celebrities whose careers and personal lives have derailed after early promise.

"Freaky Friday" actress Lindsay Lohan, 26, is currently trying to make a career comeback after five years of trips to court, rehab and prison stemming from drug and alcohol issues.

Ito ang kaswal at diretsong sagot ni Alessandra de Rossi nang makausap siya ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) sa 35th Gawad Urian noong Miyerkules, June 13, sa AFP Theater, Camp Crame, Quezon City.





Nominado si Alex sa kategoryang Best Actress para sa pagganap niya sa pelikulang Ka Oryang.

Naka-red long gown si Alessandra na gawa raw ng designer na si Oliver Tolentino.

May kuwento rin daw ang suot niyang gown.

Ayon kay Alessandra, “Kasi ang gown na ito, hiniram ko last year pa kay Oliver Tolentino.

“E, hindi ganoon ka-formal ang awards night. So, parang sabi ko, ‘Ay, baka naman mangangain lang ang gown ko do’n ng utaw [tao], e, huwag na.’

“E, as of two weeks ago, pinapasoli na ang gown.

"Sabi ko, ‘Wit, wit, wit! I know, one year na siya sa akin, pero hindi ko pa siya nagagamit.

“’O sige na nga, susuutin ko na siya sa Urian para puwede ko na siyang isoli.’"

Pabirong napaupo naman sa sahig si Alessandra nang sabihin ng PEP na wala namang ibinibigay na Star of the Night award ang Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino.

“Ano?! Walang Star of the Night at saka gift pack from Belo?" biro pa niya.

Pero dagdag niya, “I’m sure, sa dami ng nominasyon ng dalawang pelikula ko. I’m sure, makakaakyat ako sa stage na ‘yan to display my gown na one year ko ‘tinago."

Dalawa ang pelikula niyang nominado for Best Picture sa Gawad Urian ngayong taon—Busong at Ka Oryang.

Kaya sabi ni Alessandra, "I need to be here. I have to be here.

"Ako lang yata ang artistang dalawa ang pelikula."

NOMINEE FOREVER, NEVER A WINNER? Pero medyo nag-iba ng timpla ang aktres nang madako ang usapan sa kung sa tingin ba niya ay maiuuwi niya ang tropeyo bilang Best Actress.

“I don’t think mananalo ako," sabi niya.

Parang ang negative naman agad ng nasa isip niya?

“Hindi naman. Never naman akong nanalo. So, what’s the point?" sabi niya.

At "nagdilang-anghel" nga si Alessandra dahil ang nanalo ay si Maja Salvador para sa pagganap niya sa Thelma.

Ganun pa man, si Alessandra ay itinuturing na isa sa pinakamahusay umarte sa kanyang henerasyon.

Madalas nga siyang maging nominado sa mga ginagawa niyang pelikula. Madalas din ay nabibigyan siya ng rekognisyon sa film festivals abroad.

RIGHT CHOICES. Ilang araw bago ang Gawad Urian ay nakausap ng PEP si Alessandra tungkol sa kanyang nominasyon.

“Feeling ko? Masaya ako kasi alam ko na from the start, tama ang mga proyektong pinipili ko.

“Lahat ng projects na meron ako, nakakarating abroad.

"As in, hindi lang once. Halos lahat ng film festivals, nagta-travel sila," pagtukoy niya sa kanyang mga pelikula.

Dagdag niya, “Suwerte ang pakiramdam ko. At the same time, I thank myself for making the right choices."

Hindi raw siya napapagod sa paggawa ng indie films.

Aniya, “Basta may saysay.

“Marami rin naman akong tinatanggihan. In fairness to me, nakaapat na tanggi na nga ako ng pelikula this year."

HER NEW INDIE FILMS. May katatapos lang din daw siyang isa pang indie film para sa Cinemalaya—ang Santa Niña kasama si Coco Martin.

May gagawin din daw siyang Baybayin kasama naman ang kapatid niyang si Assunta de Rossi na magsisilbing prequel ng Busong.

Ano ang nararamdaman niya na sa dami ng nominasyon niya noon pa man, madalas ay hindi siya ang nananalo?

“I don’t care. Wala… kasi after a while naman, you’re numb na.

"Kahit naman yung mga first time na natalo ako, hindi naman ako nalulungkot.

“Fifteen years? Hello!" pagtukoy ng aktres sa inilagi na niya sa industriya.

"At saka, in fairness to me, hindi rin naman ako nahe-hurt noon kasi noong mga very first few years na nano-nominate ako, ang lagi kong kalaban—Vilma Santos, Nora Aunor, Sharon Cuneta, Maricel Soriano, and Alessandra de Rossi," sabay banggit ng kanyang pangalan bilang kahilera ng mga magagaling na aktres na nakakasama niya sa nominasyon.

“So, paano naman sasama ang loob mo kung matalo ka? Di ba, parang ang labo naman noon?

“Siguro, nasanay rin ako na ganoon. A-attend ka lang to present then pagka-announce ng Best Actress, uwian na. Alam mo na yun."

UNAPPRECIATED LOCALLY? Sa kabilang banda, hindi ba nagiging negatibo ang epekto noon sa kanya sa halip na mas ma-inspire sana siya kung nakakasungkit siya ng award?

“Hindi ako ganoon kasi, I give my best," sabi ni Alex.

“And like I’ve said, ang market ko, wala rito, nandoon sa abroad.

"So, ano ang magagawa ko kung dito laos ang beauty ko, pero doon, winner, di ba?"

Sa lovelife niya, pang-international din ba?

“Sabi nila, parang! Pero hindi pa ako naa-attract sa foreigner.

"Sana Pinoy pa rin, pero dapat daw hindi.

“So, we’ll see. We can never tell. Kasi, sa strong ng ugali ko."

NEXT KAPUSO PROJECT? Ano ang susunod niyang project sa GMA-7 pagkatapos ng Legacy?

“Wala…waiting in vain!" biro niya.

Hirit din ni Alex, “Kahit naman hindi pa ngayon kasi ang yaman-yaman ko pa naman. So, okay lang sa akin.

“Mga two months puwede pa akong magpahinga.

"Two shows lang naman ang ipinangako sa akin ng GMA.

“Nabigay naman nila ang two shows in a year so dalawa na lang.
