Miley Cyrus on being queer in hetero relationship with Hemsworth: ‘People fall in love with people’

Miley Cyrus recently talked about her heterosexual relationship with Liam Hemsworth, to whom she got married in December 2018.

Cyrus said the reason she and Hemsworth married is not old-fashioned, as per an exclusive interview for the cover story of Vanity Fair’s March issue.


"I actually think it’s kind of New Age,” she was quoted as saying. “We’re redefining, to be f****** frank, what it looks like for someone that’s a queer person like myself to be in a hetero relationship.”

Cyrus is openly queer and takes pride in her identity. And if there is one thing she preaches to others, it is this: “People fall in love with people, not gender, not looks, not whatever.”

She also shared that being in love for her exists on almost a spiritual level.

“It has nothing to do with sexuality,” she said. “Relationships and partnerships in a new generation — I don’t think they have so much to do with sexuality or gender.” She added that sex and gender are just a small part of relationships. 

To drive her point home, Cyrus echoed the words of her favorite woman in the world, Hillary Clinton. A lot of people use marriage perhaps for some kind of cure, Cyrus said, but “we’re stronger together.”

“That’ll make me get emotional. That’s what she meant by it…,” she said in the report. “Like, who gives a f*** if he’s a guy, if I’m a girl, or if he was a woman—who gives a f***? We really are stronger together. One is the loneliest number.”  Cody Cepeda /ra

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson engaged after 24 days together is the epitome of whirlwind romance

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson very recently became Instagram-official following rumors that they’re dating. Just a couple of weeks after that, there are reports that they’re already engaged. ENGAGED!

A source told People, “It’s a recent engagement. They’re just two people who found love quickly and make each other happy all the time. They both started talking about it this past weekend. It’s nothing they’ve been hiding.” Although the couple hasn’t confirmed anything just yet, Ariana posted then deleted an emoji-filled tweet as soon as the news went public.

But this isn’t the first time we’ve seen just how fast their relationship is going. They reportedly became a couple shortly after they broke up with their exes Mac Miller and Cazzie David. In the 24 days they’ve been together (it’s only been this long?!), Ariana and Pete have gotten matching tattoos. Both have small cloud tattoos on their fingers, and Pete got the Dangerous Woman bunny ears inked behind his ear and the initials “AG” on his thumb.

Fans have noted that it’s looking like a whirlwind romance because of the tattoos. And now they’re engaged. Hold on, I need a breather.

Zayn Malik, Gigi Hadid call it quits after 7 months

After reports that pop icon Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Calvin Harris split up after 15 months of dating, another break-up rattled Hollywood.

Former “One Direction” singer Zayn Malik and Victoria’s Secret supermodel Gigi Hadid parted ways after a seven-month relationship.

Sources divulged to entertainment news site E! News that the Hollywood “It” couple had had a “love-hate relationship” just before they broke up.

“During her birthday they were fighting,” an insider gossiped. Hadid, 21, and Malik, 23, had “broken up and got back together a few times.”

Another source leaked that although Hadid was “gloomy,” with their relationship getting on the rocks, there was still hope that the couple would reconcile.

“Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow. It’s all very unclear what’s going on between them now. They have been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along,” the source elucidated.

According to US Magazine, Hadid previously dated two admired singers, Joe Jonas and Cody Simpson. Malik was formerly engaged to Perrie Edwards.

Louise delos Reyes: 'Hindi lang ako nawalan ng boyfriend, nawalan din ako ng best friend'

Emosyunal na inamin ng Kapuso actress na si Louise delos Reyes na dalawang linggo na silang hiwalay ng kanyang nobyong si Enzo Pineda matapos ang kanilang dalawang taong pagsasama bilang magkasintahan.

Ayon pa kay Louise, "Hindi lang siya basta boyfriend, ano ko din siya daddy ko, kuya, and best friend, best buddy kasi ang dami naming napag-uusapan."

"As in nonstop kahit hindi yong mga sweet messages, hindi lang yon, eh, more on tinutulungan namin yong isa't-isa to grow," dagdag ng aktres.

Nagsimula ang kanilang pagkakaibigan sa pamamagitan ng Twitter.

"Tapos parang naging Twitter friends kami tapos he asked my number. Nagstart na yong conversation namin through text, dumadalo sa taping tapos eventually nagkapalagayan ng loob, 'yon na nanligaw siya," wika nito.

Noong mga panahong iyon ay kasama si Louise sa teleseryeng Alakdana.

Katie Holmes I Don't Want Scientology Interrogating Suri

Katie Holmes desperately wanted to save Suri from a form of interrogation practiced by the Church of Scientology that she was steadfastly against ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Katie tell TMZ, back in 2005 she had witnessed Tom's other kids participating in a Scientology ritual she found to be troubling ... and feared Tom would drag Suri through the same process.

Ex-Scientologists call the process "sec checking."  Here's the way it works.  The subject holds electrode handles on a device called an e-meter and is then asked a series of personal questions that help the Church locate "areas of spiritual distress."




 Some ex-Scientologists claim the questions include:

-- What has somebody told you not to tell?
-- Have you ever decided you did not like some member of your family?
-- Have you ever bullied a smaller child?
-- Have you ever lied to a teacher?
-- Have you ever done something you were very much ashamed of?
-- Have you ever refused to obey an order from someone you should obey?
-- Have you ever gotten yourself dirty on purpose?

During the process, a person called an "auditor" collects e-meter readings.

Several ex-Scientologists have come out against "sec checking," claiming it's a mild form of psychological terrorism designed, in part, to get children to report on their parents.

We're told Katie would have none of it and it is one of the reasons she broke from the Church and ultimately Tom.
